本プライバシーポリシーは、Yohaku（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは、サービス提供者（以下「当方」）がフリーミアム形式で提供するモバイルアプリケーションです。本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。

## 収集する情報とその利用目的
本アプリは、ダウンロードおよび利用時に以下の情報を自動的に収集する場合があります。

* 端末のインターネットプロトコルアドレス（IPアドレス）
* 本アプリ内で閲覧したページ、閲覧日時、滞在時間
* 本アプリの利用時間
* モバイル端末で使用しているオペレーティングシステム（OS）

なお、本アプリは モバイル端末の正確な位置情報（GPS等）を取得することはありません。

## カメラおよびフォトライブラリの利用について
本アプリは、毎日の写真を撮影および記録するために、端末のカメラ機能およびフォトライブラリへのアクセスを使用します。
* 取得した写真データは、端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存され、当方の外部サーバー等に送信・収集されることはありません。
* カメラおよびフォトライブラリへのアクセス権限は、端末の設定画面からいつでも変更（オン/オフ）することができます。

## 個人情報について
本アプリの利用にあたり、当方がユーザーから 直接、個人を特定できる情報（氏名、住所、メールアドレス等）を収集することはありません。
ただし、本アプリで使用している 第三者サービス（AdMob 等） により、後述のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて一部の情報が収集される場合があります。
当方が取得した情報は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された目的の範囲内でのみ利用されます。

## 第三者への情報提供
当方は、本アプリの改善およびサービス向上のため、匿名化および集計されたデータのみを第三者サービスに提供することがあります。
本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスのデータの取り扱いについては、各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

This privacy policy applies to the Yohaku app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

## Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
* Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
* The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
* The time spent on the Application
* The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

## Camera and Photo Library Access
The Application requires access to your mobile device's camera and photo library to take and record your daily photos.
* All photo data taken or selected is stored locally on your device's storage and is NOT transmitted to or collected by our external servers.
* You can grant or revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time through your device settings.

## Personal Information
We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, address, or email) from users directly through the daily use of the Application. 
However, third-party services (such as AdMob) used by the Application may collect certain data as described below. Any information acquired by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

## Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

## Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (such as emails sent to us for support) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at ruby0921.game@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

## Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
